I'm glad that zombie land did well and I'm proud of owning Ong bak 1,2 the first day. Great movies and action.

werd! I got all three on the same release date. Not to mention either I got the last NUSU edition or there was about ONE left. Eh, anyway, they are all great movies. But wow Planet Hulk did that well for a cartoon? Meh, I will wait for that to go down.

This might be indicative of the notion that documentaries aren't worth the upgrade to Blu...THEY ARE, believe it!

Food Inc. has been out for a while, I don't know why they're listing it with the new releases.

Must be some mistake with Food Inc. as it been out since November. I've been looking for the Blu-ray but haven't been able to find it locally. Amazon until recently has been out of stock and is charging twice the price of the $10 DVD. The DVD was recommended by Oprah so I bet that's helping DVDs.

"Zombieland" is the funniest movie of 2009, period. Not that p.o.s. "The Hangover".

Also, while "Food Inc" is a powerful and very important film, why on earth would anyone buy a movie like this on Blu-Ray!? Who cares if it's in high definition. It's a documentary. And filmed with what looks like a 8MM camera.

I'm glad Ong-Bak 2 did well. Proves that there's a potentially bigger market for Asian action flicks.

A bit of a shame, that the "Gangs of New York" [Remastered Edition] is not in top sales chart. The imrpovements are massive, the movie is a strong one, I hope it makes out great sales over the first 3 months of sales, at least.

I can't get my ong bak 2 to playback anymore... After the first viewing when I pop it in my samsung bd player it freezes before ever getting to the menus! I exchanged it already but same problem I can't even watch the new disc at all! I think it's something to do with magnolia/ magnet releases... Because I've tried everything, played all my other bd's even another magnolia release. I don't get it ! Anyone else experience this? Once it freezes there's nothing that can be done and I can't return it since it's opened! Help!

DCG538,

you probably need a firmware upgrade to fix this problem.

Its sad to see "Amelia" & "Love Happens" get no blu love. Yeah both films tendered towards woman but the studios don't push these well enough. Not to mention no first week incentive prices.
