Warner Home Video has announced Caddyshack for release on Blu-ray on June 8. The Blu-ray edition of Harold Ramis's directing debut will include the feature-length documentary, Caddyshack: The Inside Story, with the movie's cast and creators. Caddyshack was one of the three catalog titles that WHV had put in the vault last year in anticipation of a Blu-ray release (see blu-ray.com, August 7).
Special features also include the retrospective featurette Caddyshack: The 19th Hole, and the theatrical trailer.

Yes, it does need a restoration I read the HD-DVD review and yes it looks better than ANY version before it but it still needs work. Let hope they give it the respect we have over the years and I am hoping for HD-Audio as well!!!! "Be the ball Danny"
