Optimum Home entertainment has announced that on November 1 it will release Carlos, the biopic of international terrorist Carlos The Jackal directed by Olivier Assayas. This three-disc Blu-ray set will include both the shorter "movie" version (with a runtime of 165 minutes), and the 340-minute "trilogy", which screened out of competition at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival.
So it's in FRENCH (per the Audio track: French DTS-HD MA) with English subtitles then? Looks good, but personally, I'm not going to watch either a 165 or 340-minute movie with Subtitles!
In France there are two audio versions for this title : one multilingual where everyone speaks his own language in the context (English, French, German, Arab,...) and one version where everyone speaks in French.
I thus doubt that this last version will be included in the UK release.
@McCrutchy : isn't it the same thing I was writing ? That between the multilingual track and the French dub track, there was no way the UK release would favor the French dub track ?
Sorry if there was any misunderstanding in my comment.
