20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced Wild Target for Blu-ray release on February 8, 2011. This action comedy, a remake from the 1993 film Cible émouvante, stars Bill Nighy, Emily Blunt, Rupert Grint and Rupert Everett. It had a limited US theatrical release in late October.
The only special feature listed is a featurette titled "On Target with Emily Blunt."
I liked it but i must confess that I'll love any film Bill Nighy is in. mr. weasley wasnt bad either. and emily was kinda sexy although her character was kind of a slapper.
I love Emily Blunt, and I man-love Bill Nighy.. it wasn't a great film but it was far from a waste of time. I'll buy it when the price is right ($15ish)
The trailer got me VERY excited to see the film. Terrific cast AND I'm a sucker for British comedy. Well, I saw it on a plane last month coming back from Australia and I'm sad to say it's not very funny at all. The screenplay is actually pretty bad. Or it could be the director's fault. Because the movie doesn't move at a clip like the trailer. The professional reviews for the film have been mostly bad as well. Just sayin......please rent first.
