Anchor Bay Entertainment and The Weinstein Company have announced that Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs. Evil will get Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D releases on August 16th. Similar to the Disney releases, the 3D 4-pack will include 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD and Digital versions of the film. A standard Blu-ray and DVD combo pack will also be released. These have been priced at $39.99 and $34.99 respectively.
The animated film hit theaters last April, but was largely overshadowed at the box office by other spring animated releases such as Gnomeo and Juliet, Rio, and Rango. The film features the voices of Hayden Panettiere, Glenn Close, Martin Short, Joan Cusack, Bill Hader, Amy Poehler, David Alan Grier, Andy Dick, Heidi Klum, Wayne Newton, Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong.
Hoodwinked Too! will feature DTS HD Master Audio 5.1 and a 1:78:1 aspect ratio. Confirmed special features include:
