The Hour Blu-ray

BBCThis September, BBC Home Entertainment brings The Hour to Blu-ray. An original miniseries about the impact of a controversial news program on 1950's British culture, The Hour stars Ben Whishaw (Layer Cake), Romola Garai (Atonement), and Dominic West (HBO's The Wire).

The two-disc set will contain all six episodes of this miniseries; however, BBC has not confirmed any of the technical or supplemental specifications for this two-disc set.

The Hour streets on September 27th.

Chanes are it will be in 1080i if Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sherlock and Being Human releases are anything to go by.

This is good and all,but BBC America take note.PLEASE!! put the finger oot and release The Crimson Petal And The White on Blu-ray.

I imagine PBS might do this Next year,but i want it on Blu-Ray now!!

The UK does not even get a lot of the releases you put out.Zen,Top Gear,ect ect.

When its a uk network seems abit unfair IMHO.
