I own the original Matrix and live in a blissful ignorance that the sequels never happened. They are probably the worst follow-ups to a great original in film history.
I have the original dvd set, but at this price I must bite and go for the upgrade. I am one of the few people on planet earth who love the sequels as much as I love the original ... so I plan on enjoying all 3 in high def.
