Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has announced that it will release on Blu-ray Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3 (2012), starring Odette Annable, Emily Osment and Madison Pettis. Street date is September 3rd.
Everyone's favourite talking Chihuahuas, Papi (voice of George Lopez, The Smurfs, Rio) and Chloe (voice of Odette Annable, TV's House, Cloverfield), are back and joined by their five playful pups in this riotous family comedy. It's canine chaos as Papi's family (dog and human) move into the posh Langham Hotel, complete with a luxurious doggy spa. But there's soon trouble in puppy paradise when Rosa - the littlest member of the pack - feels smaller and less special than ever. Now it's up to Papi to help Rosa find and celebrate her inner strength, which turns out to be bigger than she ever dreamed and reminds humans and canines alike of the importance of family, friends and teamwork.
See? Sometimes Hollywood really does make great movies. I just can't get enough George Lopez. He is funnier than Steve Martin, George Carlin and Richard Pryor combined.
@rmainhammer - Now, don't we -remind- folks here not to angry-fan ask "Why?" unless you really want to know the answer?
In this case, Disney thought they now had a franchise that would "appeal to the Latin base" (studios are always desperate to find whatever they think will), and decided to upgrade the usual "Dogs in hotel" story to sell a Quinceanera marketing motif.
Yeah, whatever, Diz, just release the darn thing already, and you can finally stop showing us the trailers for an entire year.
