Love this movie and the short story it's based on. Hopefully they release it here with all of the special features.

Looking forward to seeing the results. Hopefully Re-Animator won't be too far behind!

More stupid cover "art"; fucking awful. To be candid, I would throw Barbara Crampton a serious bone.

Nice!! Always nice to have more Lovecraft on Blu-ray! Now, please, release The Unnamable!!

I don't hate the cover at all, it's not the best we could have, but i should have been worse like an horrible montage...

Confirmed to be region B encoded and will contain the same semi restored director's cut as per the US MGM dvd.

Scream Factory's doing it in the U.S. -- I think planned for early next year. Can't wait.

What's up with people - we're getting all these awesome cult movies out in HD and people moan about the f**king cover! Go like some other genre if you can't be positive about this stuff.

Second Sight are proving to be one of the more interesting UK disrtibutors in the Blu-ray arena and have some fantastic titles lined up. Given the less-than-stellar transfer that Re-Animator received for it's US Blu-ray I'm hoping SS can do something really nice with the film when it comes out over here (rainy England that is).

@CandyStalker: Just so you know, Barbara Crampton is about fifty-five-years-old now. I wouldn't be throwing ANY bones to that saggy bag of flab. BTW, the cover art is awesome. It is reminiscent of the movie posters of the time. Would you like a glossy CGI cover? Then by all means, make your own, buddy.
