Independent distributors Shout Factory have revealed that they are planning to release on Blu-ray Paul Newman's second directorial effort Sometimes A Great Notion (1970), starring Paul Newman, Henry Fonda and Lee Remick. The preliminary release date set by the distributors is December 18th.
Based on American writer Ken Kesey's second novel, the film tells the story of a family of lumberjacks in the Northwest facing a number of difficult dilemmas.
