Luck has just run out for notorious criminal Mark Taylor (Casey Siemaszko). While fleeing a robbery he killed a police officer, and now the authorities are hot on his trail. With the law closing in, Taylor's frantic desperation explodes and he takes a hostage (Ben Johnson) to insure his escape.
