Ho is a tough, but righteous gangster in the joint for manslaughter. While inside, he befriends inmate Yat, who was jailed for the crime of embezzling. Upon release, the two lead wildly divergent lives. Yat becomes a principled lawyer, while Ho returns to the criminal underworld and its sordid web of betrayal and violence. Initially Ho tries to go straight, but when he's framed for murder, all bets are off. It's time for his foes to pay the price for their treachery.
