Does anyone have a list of all the Pixar movies that have been released thus far? I am thinking that only Pixar films that came out after Blu-ray's inception have been released on Blu-ray. Is that a correct statement (Starting with Cars)?

What threw me off is that the title says "Two More" as if there were others set for release in May already.

Either way, I am glad to see this is finally happening. I haven't seen these two films since their theater and original VHS (!) release. Now that my eyes have adjusted to HD, I couldn't bring myself to watch them in DVD form. Hope they are at a cheap price point, like $19.99 since they are so old.

"featuring a digital copy of the film on a separate DVD"

So this means that there will be a second disc which is a DVD copy that also has the digital copy on it? That would save some money.

BD + DVD + Digital Copy is usually a "Three Disc" set in Disney's terminology, unfortunately.

I wouldn't expect a catalog, non-vault title such as these to be BD+DVD.

What's with the $40.99 MSRP of "Monster's, Inc." and $39.99 of "Bug's Life"?

If this is some new pricing strategy and not a simple mistake, I'm waiting. ~28+ is too high
for a new movie, let alone a catalog. That's ridiculous.

This is great news. I must admit, I kinda skipped the last paragraph at first and was angry at the few meager extras. Then I read the last paragraph and was relieved. However, both Monsters Inc. and A Bug's Life had a lot of extras. It'll be interesting to see how they all fit on one disc (2nd being the digital copy). Still, can't wait to get these films. Hope to see more Pixar on Blu soon.

Edit: I just checked, and the Toy Story films, Finding Nemo, and the Incrdibles are the only Pixar films not on Blu yet. I checked and saw that Nemo is slated for 2009. My thought process was that Disney and Pixar would probably want to release two Pixar Blus later in the year, like they're doing now for Bug's Life and Monsters. If that does happen, we'll have all the Pixar films on Blu-Ray by 2010, since The Incredibles is the only other non Toy Story film left that could go with Nemo, since Pixar is probably saving the Toy Story films for release with the third film. Granted, they could release Nemo all by its own lonesome self, but if they're releasing Bug's Life and Monsters together, than they'll probably release Nemo and Incredible together. Just my thoughts at least.
