NICE FULL MOON Edition!!!! I love that secondary title for the film! That is sooooooooo COOL! I wonder who thought that up? They deserve a raise! or maybe FIRED!

I miss the days of Collector's Edition or Anniversary Edition. This titles for editions are lame, and tacky.

I am sure it will be a nice release but I bet with that FULL MOON EDITION all over the packaging .. um forget it.

The HD-DVD had pretty poor PQ. Any chance it's been remastered for the Blu?

Thought I'd read that it was being remastered, but VC-1 makes me a little suspicious. Anyway, guess we'll see how it turns out

Apparently the film has undergone a full restoration since the HD-DVD so it should be good.

As for the VC-1 codec I think it's fine and has only gotten bad rep because of Warner releases.

It's on the specs, take another look. It's called Beware The Moon.

By the way, 'Beware the Moon' is a brand new 98-minute making of!! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0978569/

(and yes, this better look far superior than my HD DVD)

The early scenes that take place in the English countryside look pretty grainy on the HD DVD. Other than that, the transfer is quite good. But, I'd like to see what kind of restoration occurred for the BD. If they just applied DNR to kill the grain, I'll stay away.
