Ok, I lied. When you go straight to the Panny site to get them it shows 1.5. When I took the long way there through this site, it actually took me to the 1.7.
I noticed a bug in DMP-BD60. When I try to load Bolt with an ethernet wire hooked in it fails to load the movie menus though it succeeds to load trailers from the movie. I tried it 5 times and it failed all the time. Then I took the ethernet wire out and viola it worked and loaded the movie menus. I don't know where to report this bug so it can be addressed in a future firmware release.
stevev11 - I am not sure. I went to the firmware updates and it showed 1.5 but I kept clicking around in there and eventually ended up at the 1.7 somehow.
Does anyone know if the 1.9 addresses the random pausing issue?
I need help I have a Dmp BD605 and it's at version 1.9 I don't have it hooked to the internet and I want to update it. I download the correct file and burn it to a Cd-r but it keeps saying it's incompatible on my player. what should I do to fix it.

I just received my copy of 'THX 1138' (Region Free) from movietyme.com went ot play it on my DMP-BD60, the FBI warning appears followed by the warner bros logo, an icon of a disc spinning indicating its loading then appears and then the disc simplystops. Nothing wrong with my player at all, and i also tested the disc on my PS3 and my mothers Samsung BD player and it works perfectly fine. The only thing i can think of is its to do with the firmware update.
