Rudy and Jerry Maguire Announced

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring the Sean Astin football classic film 'Rudy' and the Cameron Crowe directed film 'Jerry Maguire' to Blu-ray on September 9th. Both films will be presented in 1.85:1 1080p video accompanied by a Dolby TrueHD soundtracks. Supplemental features for 'Rudy' have yet to be announced, but extras for 'Jerry Maguire' include a making-of featurette, "My First Commercial" with Rod Tidwell, and Jerry' mission statement.

Rudy is a maybe for right now. But Jerry Maguire? I've seen Jerry Maguire too many times to own it on Blu-ray, so Jerry Maguire is a big "Hell, no" right there!
