I have been a DEVOTED House of Cards fan since the First Season aired back in 2013...but this series ENDED after the Fifth Season concluded. I gave this last season its "day in court"...and it was found GUILTY of being terrible. Oh, well. We will always have Seasons One through Five...!

Yeah, this season sucked. It had nothing to do with Robin Wright being the lead either. She is as fantastic as she has always been in the role of Claire. They just gave her subpar scripts tied too closely just Spacey's oft-mentioned but never seen again character Frank. Plus, there's no true ending, and no resolution. I feel swindled.

Let's be honest, this was a bad season. Wasn't worth making it, and wasn't worth watching it too.

I was into House of Cards and had doubts about this last season after the issues with Spacey hit the media and the decision was made to move on without him. Wright, as usual, was superb but the narrative was obviously compromised with the absence of Spacey's character and the show suffered accordingly. It just seemed like the show fell off the shelf during this final season and that ending was just awful, lacking any punch at all; as if to say after the whole affair, oh just never mind.
