Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced the Blu-ray release of director Roel Reiné's The Man with the Iron Fists 2: The Sting of Scorpion. The sequel to The Man with the Iron Fists stars RZA, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa and Rick Yune, and arrives on Unrated Blu-ray/DVD/Digital HD combo pack on April 14th. Synopsis: On the hunt for a fabled treasure of gold, a band of warriors, assassins, and a rogue British soldier descend upon a village in feudal China, where a humble blacksmith (RZA) looks to defend himself and his fellow villagers. The Blu-ray release of The Man with the Iron Fists 2: The Sting of Scorpion is presented in 1080p with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround. Special features include: Rated and Unrated Cuts of the Film Feature Commentary with Director Roel Reiné and Executive Producer/Co-Writer/Star Rza (Both Versions) Chi Warriors: The Making of The Man with the Iron Fists 2

I'll rent this one. And FYI, if anyone watched the end credits of the first film, there was a scene that - more or less - leads to the sequel.

I couldn't even make it through the first one. I turned it off probably fifteen minutes into it, and I don't usually do that.

I respect RZA's long-term love of martial-arts cinema, but I wish he would stop leveraging his hip-hop stardom to cast himself in movies. His leaden screen presence is a drain.

Didn't know a sequel had been shot (RZA's original film is on my wishlist for ages, given the mixed reviews it received I'm not sure I'll buy it one day).

Will buy in a second, first one was fun, some likeable characters, quite gruesome, and the main character's story was strong. The guest stars seemed to have fun too (and I guess Tagawa will do great as usual)

The first one was a fun guilty pleasure kinda martial art's flick probably get it if i can find it for cheap or use best buy reward zone or something on it.
